1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Enfyra collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal data when you visit our website, create an account, use Enfyra Cloud, contact support, or interact with related services.
Enfyra provides a programmable backend platform and Cloud hosting service for isolated Enfyra instances. Some data is needed to operate accounts, provision infrastructure, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
2. Data We Collect
We may collect account data such as your name, email address, login provider, authentication metadata, organization or team information, and account settings.
We may collect Cloud service data such as project names, subdomains, plan selections, provisioning status, tenant credentials generated for your instance, deployment metadata, operational logs, IP addresses, request metadata, error reports, and support messages.
We may collect billing data such as payment order identifiers, subscription status, plan, billing period, tax-related metadata, invoices, payment provider customer identifiers, and transaction status. Full card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are not stored by Enfyra.
We may collect communication data when you contact us, including messages, email addresses, attachments, and the context needed to respond.
3. How We Use Data
We use data to create and manage accounts, provide Enfyra Cloud, provision and operate isolated instances, process payments, send service-related notices, respond to support requests, enforce security controls, prevent abuse, debug failures, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
At the time this policy is published, the public Enfyra landing page does not set tracking cookies and does not load advertising, analytics, or pixel tracking scripts.
The website may use browser local storage for essential interface preferences such as theme selection. Local storage is stored in your browser and is not used for cross-site advertising tracking.
If we later add non-essential analytics, marketing, or payment widgets that require cookies or similar tracking technologies, we will update this policy and provide a consent flow where required.
5. Payment Processing
Enfyra may use a third-party payment provider, such as Paddle, to process payments, subscriptions, tax calculation, invoices, and payment-related compliance. Payment providers may collect and process billing information under their own privacy terms. Enfyra receives only the payment and customer metadata needed to manage your order, subscription, and access to paid services.
6. Infrastructure and Service Providers
We may share necessary data with infrastructure, hosting, email, logging, security, and payment providers that help us operate Enfyra. These providers may process data only as needed to provide their services to us and are not permitted to use it for unrelated purposes.
For Enfyra Cloud, infrastructure providers may process project metadata, IP addresses, operational logs, and deployment information needed to provision and run isolated Enfyra instances.
7. Customer Data in Enfyra Projects
Data that you or your users store inside your Enfyra project remains your responsibility. Enfyra processes that data only to provide, secure, maintain, back up, troubleshoot, or support the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own application, project configuration, database content, access rules, and user-facing privacy notices comply with applicable laws.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and operational safeguards designed to protect personal data and service data. These safeguards may include access controls, generated credentials, encrypted transport, infrastructure isolation, monitoring, and restricted operational access.
No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a security incident that affects personal data, we will take reasonable steps to investigate, contain, remediate, and notify affected users where required by law.
9. Data Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent abuse, and maintain business records.
Operational logs and backup data may be retained for limited periods depending on security, reliability, and recovery needs. Deleted data may remain in backups for a limited time before it is overwritten or removed according to normal retention cycles.
10. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data.
You can contact us to request changes to your account data or to ask about deletion. Some data may need to be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
11. International Processing
Enfyra and its service providers may process data in countries other than where you live. When we transfer or process data internationally, we use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the service and the providers involved.
12. Children
Enfyra is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to Enfyra, contact us so we can take appropriate action.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Enfyra, Enfyra Cloud, payment processing, infrastructure providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date and version on this page identify the current policy.
