Enfyra does not offer voluntary refunds, service credits, or prorated refunds for unused time.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>2. Stop renewal\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>You can use \u003Cstrong>Stop renewal\u003C\u002Fstrong> to prevent the next subscription charge. This does not end the already paid period. Management access continues until the paid-through date unless access is restricted for abuse, fraud, security, legal, or payment-dispute reasons.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Stopping renewal is the only standard customer cancellation action. It does not create a refund request.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>3. Separate provider charges\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>The Enfyra fee covers only the management layer. Your infrastructure provider separately bills compute, memory, storage, network traffic, backups, and provider features. Stopping Enfyra renewal, disconnecting OAuth, or ending Enfyra management does not cancel, stop, delete, or refund provider resources. Manage provider charges in the provider account.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>4. Non-refundable situations\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>No voluntary refund or prorated credit is provided for change of mind, accidental purchase, unused time, early cancellation, customer configuration, provider outage or limit, cold start, Serverless behavior, unavailable provider capacity, suspended management access, or failure to remove provider resources.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>If Enfyra cannot complete a managed operation, Enfyra may retry, remediate, or extend management access at its discretion, but this does not create a voluntary refund entitlement.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Ch2>5. Billing errors and mandatory corrections\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>If you believe a charge is duplicated, unauthorized, or recorded incorrectly, contact Enfyra at \u003Ca href=\"mailto:contact@enfyra.io\">contact@enfyra.io\u003C\u002Fa> with the account email and PayPal transaction or subscription identifier.
